No animals on display. Use photos or drawings instead.
No chemicals allowed on display.
Liquids must be displayed in sealed, non-breakable containers.
No frayed insulation or exposed wires.
No foul smelling or allergy provoking substances in open containers.
Displays will not have access to electricity, gas or water.
Displays can be typed or handwritten. You can decide how you wish to display your work, project boards, clear file folder etc.
All projects and displays must be removed directly after the conclusion of the Technology Fair.
Projects cannot be dropped off or set up prior to registration and check in on the day of the Technology Fair.
Event organisers are not responsible for any loss of items. Laptops and valuables are the student’s responsibility.
Projects must be complete and stand alone. Bring everything that you need for your display, including tools for emergency repairs (glue, tape, scissors, etc.). Organisers may not have spare resources available.
Adults/Parents are encouraged to help but the project must NOT be “parent-done”.
Direct their research, help with experiments, typing, spelling, motivation and ideas, but do not take over or do the majority of the project for them.
